• With each Teddy Talk Test purchased, a licence of use will be issued.

• In purchasing the Teddy Talk Test you have agreed to the terms and conditions of sale including respecting copyright laws.

 

• The Teddy Talk Test is Copyright and Trademark protected. However your product licence does permit you to photocopy the Teddy Talk Test Record Form and Summary sheet for the purpose of carrying out the assessment. This enables you to share the information gained with parents, carers and other professionals involved with the child.

 

• Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery.
  The Teddy Talk Test is not a toy and children should not be left to play with the bag or any of its contents unsupervised. 

 

• All goods remain the property of Teddytalktest.co.uk until payment is received in full.

• Please note, we reserve the right to alter the product or price without prior notice.

 

• Delivery. Most orders are dispatched within a few days. However during busy periods or for large orders, please allow 28 days for delivery.

 

• In the case of damaged or incomplete goods, the buyer should inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please do this by emailing teddytalktest@gmail.com or call us on 07759 600688, quoting your licence number.

We are confident that you will be pleased with your Teddy Talk Test when you receive it. However, If you are unhappy with the product, simply email us at teddytalktest@gmail.com or call us on 07759 600688 straight away to let us know your concerns. We will then invite you to return it to us in it’s original condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (apologies but return postage will be at buyers expense).
